We are a voluntary community group; here to listen and support you by providing self-help guides based on personal experience.
All Members have personal experience of mental health difficulties – some of our members live with ongoing difficulties, other have had difficulties in the past and have recovered:
The mental health issues we address include:
Depression, Anxiety, Self-Harm.
As well as being here for you, in this “online format” sharing knowledge, information, techniques, useful contacts for you if you are in desperate need of help outside-of hours; we also provide group support in the form of monthly meetings – where you can come along and listen to specially selected speakers – all of whom have experienced mental health issues at one point or another in their lives.
Just Listening to You is not designed to counsel you;
we are a Self-Help group and are here to help you find
your own way to a better way of coping and living with
your mental health issues.
